Colin is a seasoned not-for-profit business leader with expertise in financial affairs, board-level governance, fundraising and operational management. In his work with not-for-profit organizations, Colin also draws on his extensive background in private banking, wealth management and commercial finance. He has led organizations as diverse as think tanks and arts groups but with his focus always on ensuring that they were sustainable, effective organizations.

Originally from Halifax of Navy parents, Colin grew up in the nation’s capital but has maintained a life-long love of the sea and all that and those that sail on it. Colin’s education includes a B.A. in Political Science from Carleton University, a Certificate in Business Administration from Ottawa University and numerous professional certifications in financial services and board governance.

Sandra is a Jane-of-all-trades. With her wide and extensive experience, she understands and can deal efficiently with the overall support, technical, customer service and tactical process operations of a business. She loves to help and continuously improve to make sure things run smoothly and everyone is happy and taken care of.

Darren recently retired after 12 years with the RCMP as the National Manager Marine Fleet overseeing the life cycle management of the RCMP small vessel fleet. Prior to that he retired from the Royal Canadian Navy after 34 years of service. He has extensive experience in Government Procurement, with the focus on operational requirements and best value procurement. Darren has a passion for innovation, looking at new technologies and new ways to improve processes and practices.

Born in Halifax, Darren was a base brat whose father was in the Navy. Darren has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the Royal Military College, a Certificate in Adult Education from the University of Victoria and completed the Defense Resources Management Course given by the US Naval Post Graduate School.
